This page explains what personal data Aveny collects through aveny.co and Aveny OS (work.aveny.co, sites.aveny.co, finance.aveny.co and my.aveny.co), why we collect it and what you can ask us to do with it. Aveny is a software studio based in Bursa, Türkiye. For any question about your data, write to hello@aveny.co.

Who is responsible for your data

For our services in Türkiye, the data controller is Ertuğrul Emre Cihan – Aveny Yazılım ve Teknoloji (sole proprietorship), Workinton Bursa, Cumhuriyet Mah., Fatih Sultan Mehmet Blv., 16140 Nilüfer/Bursa, Türkiye. For projects contracted with our US company, the data controller is AVENY LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. You can reach both at hello@aveny.co.

What we collect

  • Contact form: your name, email address, company, website, project type, budget range, your message and any files you attach.
  • Booking a call: your name, email address, phone number, company and the note you add, together with the time you choose.
  • Signing in to Aveny OS: if we invite you (as a team member or a client), we store your name and email address. If you choose Sign in with Google, Google shares your name, email address, profile picture and a Google account identifier with us. We use them only to sign you in and to show who you are inside Aveny OS.
  • Work you share with us in Aveny OS: project requests, files, messages and similar content you add to your projects.
  • Technical data: our server keeps short-lived logs (for example IP address and time of request) to keep the service secure and working.

We do not use advertising or analytics trackers on aveny.co and we do not sell or rent personal data.

Why we use it

  • To answer your message, prepare a proposal and hold the call you booked.
  • To provide Aveny OS: signing you in, showing your projects and sending notifications about them (for example an update, a file or an invoice).
  • To keep our services secure and to meet legal obligations such as accounting.

We process this data because you asked us to (your request or our contract with you), because you gave your consent on the form, or because we have a legitimate interest in running and protecting our services.

Cookies

The public website does not set cookies. Aveny OS uses strictly necessary cookies: a secure session cookie that keeps you signed in, and a short-lived cookie used only while you sign in with Google.

Where your data is stored and who processes it

  • Hetzner Online (Germany): our servers, database and file storage.
  • Google (Google Workspace and Google Sign-In): our email and, if you choose it, signing in with your Google account.
  • Cloudflare: domain name (DNS) service.

We share data with these providers only so they can run the service for us. We do not share it with anyone else unless the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep messages and booking details for as long as we need them to work with you, and Aveny OS data for as long as your account or our work together continues. Database backups are kept for 14 days. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

Your rights

Under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) and, where it applies, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you can ask us to tell you what data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its use, or give you a copy. You can also withdraw your consent at any time. Write to hello@aveny.co; we reply within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to the data protection authority in your country.

Terms of use

  • aveny.co presents Aveny and its work. Its content is provided for information and may change without notice.
  • Texts, designs and images on aveny.co belong to Aveny or to the clients who allowed us to show them. Please do not copy them without permission.
  • Aveny OS accounts are by invitation only. Keep your sign-in details private and tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account.
  • Files and content you add to Aveny OS remain yours. You give us permission to store and process them only to provide the service and to do the work we agreed on.
  • The scope, price and terms of each project are set in that project's proposal or contract; if they differ from this page, the proposal or contract applies.
  • We work to keep our services available and secure, but we cannot guarantee they will always be uninterrupted.
