Tabya Dijital
From a heavy WordPress site to a modern news platform that opens instantly.

(Overview)
Tabya Dijital's WordPress site had become slow and kept readers waiting. We rebuilt the platform from scratch on a modern stack: the site now opens instantly, stories reach readers the second they are published, and the same system powers the iOS and Android apps.
Tabya Dijital publishes defence and geopolitical news, and as it grew, WordPress started to hold it back. Pages were slow to open, and on a news site every second of waiting is a reader lost.
We moved the site off WordPress entirely onto a headless architecture. We migrated around 3,000 stories, with their images and links, from the old MySQL database to PostgreSQL without losing a single one, and took the new platform straight to production with no downtime. Content now lives in Strapi and PostgreSQL, and the website is served as ready-made pages with Next.js: when a new story goes live, only the pages it touches are refreshed instantly, and everything else is already waiting for the reader. The result: a Lighthouse performance score of 91 on desktop and an SEO score of 100.
The same backend powers the iOS and Android apps too: topic-targeted notifications, image galleries, weather and market data. The editorial team runs everything from one panel, and an n8n pipeline speeds up the editorial workflow. Today the platform holds more than 6,000 stories, and as Tabya grows we keep improving it together every month.
